CLIENT DROP-OFF TIMES
- Full-Day Drop-Off: 7:30 AM – 9:00 AM
- Half-Day Drop-Off: 12:00 PM – 1:30 PM
CLIENT PICK UP TIMES
- Full-Day Pick-Up: 4:00 PM – 5:30 PM
- Half-Day Pick-Up: 3:30 PM – 5:00 PM
ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR DROP-OFF
- Please do not ring the doorbell. The doorbell causes a cacophony of barking, which is something we try to keep at a minimum!
- Once you arrive to drop-off, give your dog the opportunity to relieve themselves/aka a bio break. We’ve set up a lovely area to the right of the front door—complete with a fire hydrant! We want to prevent accidents occurring immediately upon arrival due to the excitement of coming to daycare.
- Text 617-642-WOLF (9653) WHEN you have arrived, have given your dog the opportunity for a bio break, and are ready for your dog to enter. DO NOT TEXT if you haven’t parked yet, are still sitting in your car, or especially if you haven’t even gotten to the facility yet.
- Once we receive your text, we will be out as quickly as possible to check your dog in.
DEPARTURE INSTRUCTIONS FOR PICK UP
- WHEN you arrive at our facility for pick up and are ready to receive your dog, text 617-642-WOLF (9653).
- Once we receive your text, we will be out as quickly as possible to check your dog out.
- Payment is due at the end of the session and can be made in person with cash or a check made payable to The Whispering Wolf. You can also pay online using Venmo or with a credit card via Square. Please let us know in advance if you require a receipt. Our invoices are created and sent electronically.
PARKING INFORMATION
We have three parking spots available in our lot. If these are full you may park on Brattle Street and walk your dog up to the building. For the safety of everyone, please do not block the driveway or other vehicles—even if you're in a hurry. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our drop-off zone safe and accessible for all.
TRANSPORTATION INFORMATION
The Whispering Wolf does have a pick up/drop off option. There is currently a waitlist for most days. Transportation is +$10 each way. Send us an email to request to be added to the waitlist.
